On May 15, our company held the second session of the fourth workers' Congress. The meeting was presided over by Wang Jianbo, deputy secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the trade union. There were 132 formal representatives who should attend the meeting, 122 in fact, and 12 non voting representatives.

At the meeting, representatives first listened to and passed the administrative work report made by Wan Jianhua, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of the company; Second, Wang Jianbo, deputy secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the trade union, listened to and passed the work report of the trade union; Third, we listened to and passed the financial budget (decision) report made by Niu Guofu, member of the Party committee and deputy general manager; Fourth, it deliberated and passed the work and development plan of the company during the 14th Five Year Plan period; Fifth, an employee supervisor was elected; Sixth, the collective wage negotiation agreement was signed.
