Base fertilizer: 

200-300 kg of organic fertilizer per acre plus 40-50 kg of nitrosulfur, potassium sulfate or humic acid balanced type.

top dressing:

① Pouring water and fertilizing fertilizer.

It can be combined with watering to apply 15-20 kg of high-nitrogen nitrosulfur compound fertilizer per acre, and then apply 20-25 kg per acre after 15 days. At this stage, we must pay attention to watering and maintain soil moisture.

② pouring swelling water of foot bulbs, applying swelling fertilizer skillfully.

After the bolts of garlic have entered the bulb expansion period, water and fertilize in a timely manner to prolong the photosynthesis of the leaves, prevent the premature aging of garlic leaves, reduce the production of organic nutrients, and hinder bulb expansion. After bolting, the leaves can be sprayed with potassium dihydrogen phosphate to protect the leaves and prevent premature aging. The top dressing in this period is mainly quick-acting fertilizer. It is recommended to apply about 15-20 kg of nitrosulfur-based high potassium compound fertilizer per mu.

③ Strengthen foliar fertilizer

In the process of garlic fertilizer and water management, it is necessary to strengthen the foliar fertilizer to prevent the plant leaves from yellowing and drying and affecting plant growth. Foliar fertilizer can be selected: potassium dihydrogen phosphate, high-potassium type water-soluble fertilizer with a large number of elements.
