4. Ensure that the feeding pipes are unblocked, check the integrity of the trommel screen every hour, and the trommel must not have accumulated fertilizer.


5. Clean the outer scars of the vibrating screen in time to avoid aggregates, and check once in each shift and shift.


6. Whether the ratio of raw materials is reasonable, whether the reaction of materials is complete, whether the cooling pusher is faulty, and whether the pulverizer is faulty, check once an hour.


7. Check whether the addition of excipients is uniform every hour, make statistics on the amount of excipients in each shift, and make written records.
