Why use foliar fertilizer?

VIEWS: times Release Date:2020-09-24

The method of spraying fertilizer solution to make plants obtain nutrients through the leaves is called foliar fertilization. For the purpose of foliar absorption, the nutrients needed by crops are directly applied to the foliar fertilizer, which is called foliar fertilizer.

Foliar fertilization can directly enter the body from the leaves and participate in the metabolism of crops and the synthesis of organic matter. Therefore, it is faster and more effective than soil fertilization. Therefore, it is often used as an effective measure for timely treatment of crop deficiency.

Why use foliar fertilizer?

When fertilizing, it can also be sprayed and supplemented in stages according to the growth period of the crop, the seedling condition and the actual status of the soil fertilization, to give full play to the rapid response of the leaf fertilizer to ensure the normal growth and development of the crop under the appropriate fertilizer and water conditions. , To achieve the goal of high yield and high quality.

Concentration ratio of commonly used foliar fertilizer

Potassium dihydrogen phosphate: The usual concentration is 0.3%. Method: Use 300 grams of potassium dihydrogen phosphate manufacturer to add 100 kilograms of water, and spray after it is fully dissolved.

Urea: commonly used concentration 1%-2%. Be careful when using it, if the content of diuretic diuretic in urea exceeds 1.5%, it will be toxic to crops. Therefore, foliar spray cannot be performed.

Vegetation Ash: common concentration is 5%-7%. Must be used for the preparation of plant ash with water, add water and stand for 15 hours before filtering and spraying.

Superphosphate: concentration 2%, add water to the superphosphate, stir well, then stand for 24 hours, filter, and spray the clear solution.

Boron (or boric acid): common concentration 0.2%-0.3%. Method: first dissolve borax with a small amount of hot water at 45℃, and then dilute with water.

Paclobutrazol: fruit trees are sprayed with 1000-1500×10^-6 solution, and crops are sprayed with 50×10^-6 solution.

Copper sulfate: The usual concentration is 0.02%-0.05%. Add a small amount of lime liquid to the solution to avoid poisoning.

Manganese sulfate: The usual concentration is 0.05%-0.l%.

Zinc sulfate: The usual concentration is 0.1%-0.2%. Add a small amount of lime liquid to the solution and spray it.

Rice vinegar: Use 200-250ml to spray 45-50kg of water.

Ammonium molybdate: is sprayed with legume crops at a usual concentration of 0.05-0.1%.
