Physical control methods can be used to trap and kill the beet armyworm using black light and syrup. Irrigation in autumn and winter, sowing in suitable time, removal of weeds in the field, flooding and shoveling of pupae, digging trenches to prevent insects, manual catching, selection of disease-resistant and disease-resistant varieties and other measures can also effectively control pests.
