1. Seedling fattening of loofah

Loofah should choose fertile soil, high terrain and sunny plastic greenhouses for seedlings. Generally, open field cultivation uses 3000-4000 kg of decomposed farm manure per mu, plus 20-35 kg of loofah compound fertilizer; protective field cultivation uses 5000-6000 kg of decomposed organic fertilizer per mu, and 40-50 kg of loofah compound fertilizer.

3. Top dressing of loofah

The general principles of loofah topdressing are: diligent application of thin application, control of water and fertilizer before fruit formation, heavy fertilizer application after the end and side vines are flourishing, and pay attention to the application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers.

Planting loofah should be applied with enough organic fertilizer and suitable for chemical fertilizer. Loofah uses 3 to 5 kg of urea per acre as seedling fertilizer 5 to 7 days after transplanting to promote stem and leaf growth.
